French toast roll-ups

Ingredient:

2 eggs

3 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

8 slices whole wheat sandwich bread

Nutella or peanut butter

bananas or strawberries

1 tablespoon butter

icing sugar for dusting

maple syrup

Method:

1. beat eggs and milk together. add sugar and cinnamon, and mix well .

2. remove crust from the bread and roll each piece as thin as possible.

3. spread 2 teaspoons of Nutella or peanut on each slice of bread.

4. place the clopped banana or strawberries along one end of each slice of the bread.

5. melt the butter over medium heat in a pan.

6. working in batches of four, dip the roll-ups in the egg mixture, then place in hot pan. brown on all sides. repeat with remaining rolls.

7. dust with icing sugar and serve with maple syrup.
