Ingredients:
2 strawberry box Jell-O
3 packets of panna cotta mix
Heavy cream
Milk
Strawberries
Method:
Pre the Jell-O according to the packet instructions. Then get a muffin pan, cover with a tea towel, and secure the glasses on angle in the cups of the tins. Pour equal amounts of cooled Jell-O into each glass, filling each one about halfway. Place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, until completely set.
When the Jell-O is set, get a saucepan and add in the panna cotta mix packet and do what the instructions say on the packet.
When everything is added keep mixing and don’t stop, you don’t want it to burn on the bottom, keep reading from the packet instructions.
When done remove from heat. And let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Remove the Jell-O filled glasses from the refrigerator and stand upright. Gently add the cooled panna cotta mixture into the cups, making sure it covers the Jell-O.
Return to refrigerator and chill for 1-2 hours or until set, when done sever with one strawberry on the glass.
