Ingredients for mince meat:
1 onion diced
1 Mince meat
Pepper & salt
1 teaspoon basil leaves
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomatoes diced
1 teaspoon garlic
packet of lasagne sheets
Method:
1. Diced the onion and defrost for mincemeat for 2 minutes
2. Cook the onion and add the mincemeat wait till brown
3. Add the pepper & salt and the basil leaves
4. Add the can of tomato soup and the can of diced tomatoes, fill one of them with water only halfway (don’t want it to be to runny)
5. Add the garlic then mix well
6. Let that sit and make your cheese sauce.
Ingredients for cheese sauce:
60g butter
1/3 cups flour
4 cups milk
1 cup cheese
Salt and pepper
Method:
1. Pre heat oven to 180˚C
2. Melt butter and add flour, cook for 1 minute
3. Turn off heat, then add milk (cup at a time), stir out lumps.
4. Return to heat it will thicken up a bit; add cheese and salt & pepper.
5. When done get a tray and place a little bit of cheese on the bottom so it won’t stick.
6. Then start lying the pieces together, start with the pasta sheets, then the meat, then cheese. At the top it should have a pasta sheet and just cheese.
7. When done put in oven for 40 minutes just keep checking it so it does not burn.
