Rissoles

Ingredients:

1 brown onion

Mine meat

½ cup and a bit of bread crumbs

Carrot- grated

Salt & Pepper

1 egg

Sweet paprika

Basil leaves

A bit of oil for pan

Method:

1. Get a big bowl and dice your onion.

2. Put in all ingredients doesn’t matter what order they go in. mix well 3. Grab a handful of the mixture and squeezes it tight (to make sure it doesn’t full apart), form a circle and put in pan with a bit of oil. 4. Once cooked on one side turn them over to cook on other side. 5. When cooked put on serving bowls with salad.
